Our representative will meet you after the customs and baggage claim. Transfer to
the hotel. If time permits, afternoon Boat Tour along the Bosporus visiting both
Asian and European shores of Istanbul. Dinner and overnight (D)
Day 2
- November 05, 2012 - Istanbul
Full day Istanbul tour; the Roman Hippodrome Square, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Church,
built by Constantine the Great and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century,
one of the world’s greatest architectural marvels, visit GRAND BAZAAR ISTANBUL,
Topkapi Palace, the Imperial Residential Palace of the Ottoman sultans between the
16th and 19th centuries and the oldest and largest of the remaining palaces in the
world. Then visit the Istanbul Archaeology Museum. Return to the hotel for dinner
and overnight (B,D)
Day 3
- November 06, 2012 - Istanbul- Fly Izmir – Pergamum, Smyrna (Rev. 1:11; 2:8)
Drive to Istanbul Airport for morning flight to Izmir. Meet and drive north to Pergamum.
Visit the Acropolis with the steepest theater of the ancient world and the Temple
of Trajan. Then visit the Red Basilica which was an Egyptian Temple, later converted
to a church in the 1st century. It is also considered as one of the Seven Churches
of the Revelation. Continue to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir (B,D)
Day 4
- November 07, 2012 - Sardis, Philadelphia, Pamukkale
Drive to Sardes capital of the ancient Lydia where first coin of the world is invented.
See the ruins of the 1st century. Continue to Alasehir to see the 1st century Philadelphia
Church which is another one of the Seven Churches of the Revelation. Dinner and
overnight at Colossae Hotel in Pamukkale. (B,D)
Day 5
- November 08, 2012 - Laodicea - Aphrodisias-Kusadasi
Morning tour of PAMUKKALE, noted ancient spa, where pure white travertine’s forms
frozen waterfalls. Drive to APHRODISIAS, the city of the Goddess of Love, see the
well preserved stadium, the Odeon, the theater and the agora. Continue to Kusadasi
for dinner and overnight (B,D)
Day 6
-November 09, 2012 - EPHESUS - Kusadasi
Visit the famous ancient city of Ephesus, the Ephesus Archaeological Museum and
the Basilica of St. John. Visit the House of Virgin Mary in Ephesus. Dinner and
overnight in Kusadasi (B,D)
Day 7
- November 10, 2012 - Fly from Izmir to Istanbul - Fly to Tel Aviv - Arrive to Tel
Aviv
Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport. Meet and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Dinner
and overnight in Tel Aviv. (D)
Day 8
- November 11, 2012 - Tel Aviv - Tiberias
We start our day we stroll through the picturesque alleys of Old Jaffa and enjoy
its unique atmosphere. Travel along the coastal plain and visit Caesarea, the ancient
capital of Roman Judea. Here history comes to life, as modern technology enables
visitors to “see” and “speak" to major figures throughout history. We then ascend
to Mt. Carmel and revive the struggle between Prophet Elijah and the prophets of
Baal. Continue driving via Megiddo (Armageddon) to our hotel on the Sea of Galilee
Overnight Tiberias. (B,D)
Day 9
- November 12, 2012 - Tiberias
Today we follow the teaching and preaching of our messiah around the Sea of Galilee.
In the morning we explore a fishermen's boat from messiah times, found and reconstructed
in the area. Then we board a replica of an ancient boat and take a leisurely ride
on the Sea of Galilee.Afterwards, we go to Capernaum, where we will visit an ancient
synagogue and Peter's home standing side by side. We continue this day with a visit
to the Mount of Beatitude. We then continue to Nazareth Village– a reconstructed
ancient village situated in the town of Nazareth that depicts everyday life as it
was at the time of the Messiah, complete with houses, shops, synagogue, carpentry,
oil press, vegetable terrace and more. Overnight in Tiberias. (B,D)
Day 10
- November 13, 2012 - Tiberias
We start the day with a drive to the biblical city of Dan, where we will walk, bible
in hand, below the impressive 4000 year-old Canaanite walls and bring the ancient
biblical stories to life. Our walk takes us from the ancient town into the Eden-like
haven of the Dan Nature Reserve, where we hike along and across running streams.
Afterwards, we will continue to the site of the ancient city of Caesarea Philippi.
We’ll end our day below Mt. Hermon by visiting Oz 77, a small hill overlooking the
border with Syria, where during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, a brave tank battalion
halted a Syrian attack of a thousand tanks. On our way back to our hotel we travel
through the Golan Heights. During the ride, we can understand the strategic importance
of this high plateau by visiting the ’73 Syrian Fort Lookout and observing why kings
went to war in this area. Overnight Tiberias. (B,D)
Day 11
- November 14, 2012 - Dead Sea – Massada - Jerusalem
This morning we will drive south along the Jordan river. We will stop at Qasr El
Yahud baptism site. Continue to Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered
in 1947 by a shepherd boy. We will have have a short swim at the Dead sea, nearby
Kibbutz Ein Gedi, the lowest spot on earth. A cable car ride will take us to Massada,
listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO (those who wish can walk up the "Snake
Path" at sunrise). We then take a "living history" tour of King Herod's palace-fortress
and hear the dramatic story of the Jewish Zealots in their rebellion against the
Romans. Along the way to Jerusalem, we pass by Biblical Jericho. Afternoon we enter
the City of Cities- Jerusalem. Overnight (B,D)
Day 12
- – November 15, 2012 - Jerusalem
In the morning we stop at the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city.
We then drive to the City of Bethlehem. Visit the Nativity Chrch and Shepherd's
Fields. Back to Jerusalem, we visit the Church of All Nations. Then visit the Israel
museum, the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed, and the miniature
model of Jerusalem as it was during the second temple period. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 13
- November 16, 2012- Jerusalem
Start our day at King David’s Tomb and the Room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion.
Enter within the city walls and visit the Roman Cardo, Temple Mount (entrance to
the mosques not included), Western Wall, Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher
and the oriental Bazaar. Visit the Garden Tomb (15:30), a peaceful spot where we
can remember the Messiah's crucifixion, burial and resurrection. We then have a
farewell dinner and overnight at Jerusalem hotel. (B,D)
Day 14
- November 17, 2012 - Transfer to Telaviv airport / END
Early morning transfer to the Airport for our flight to Istanbul and return to Toronto
or New York (06:15)
